We are working on bringing you your next Season Ticket Holder event!

Hockey Club Members have the exclusive ability to exchange their unused tickets to be able to attend a future Hartford Wolf Pack home game. Tickets can be exchanged in two ways:

Online 

Unused tickets for future games and complimentary vouchers can be exchanged at any time through your online Hartford Wolf Pack Account. For  instructions to set up your online account, click here.

Through Your Sales Rep

(Includes exchanges done over the phone or through email) Unused tickets from previous games and complimentary vouchers may also be exchanged through your Hartford Wolf Pack Account Executive. We request that you get all exchanges in 72 hours prior to the start of the game you are looking to attend; we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of last minute requests.  Once an exchange request is made please allow 24 hours for the request to be processed. You have the option of having your tickets printed for you to pick up at Will Call the day of the game or they can be emailed to you. 
*No exchanges will be processed at the Box Office. They must be completed in advance.

We are excited to announce that we have once again partnered with ProPark to bring you a discounted parking rate for all Wolf Pack games this season at the Church Street Garage. You will receive your Season Ticket Holder Parking Pass via email. For those that need a hard copy of the pass, please reach out to your account representative. 

To receive the discounted ticket price of $5, you will have to show your Season Ticket Holder pass. If you plan on attending more games than are in your Season Ticket plan, you will be able to purchase a parking plan, which will still come out to $5/game. The price for parking will be transferable to different cars, as long as you can still show the attendant your Season Ticket Holder ticket.

Mobile ticketing is the quickest and safest way for you to receive and utilize your tickets. Whether you want to download and store your tickets or transfer them to a friend, you can do that all from your Apple or Android device.
