Nov 27, 2017The Wolf Pack (7-11-2-1, 17 pts., .405) played three games over the Thanksgiving weekend, resulting in a 7-3 loss at Bridgeport on Friday night, a 4-1 home defeat vs. Hershey on Saturday and a 4-2 setback in Springfield on Sunday. Adam Cracknell scored his first two Wolf Pack goals in Friday’s game, Adam Tambellini had the only Hartford tally on Saturday and Alexandar Georgiev stopped 35 of the 38 shots he faced in Sunday’s contest.

This week: The Wolf Pack have a Wednesday-night home date with their I-91 rivals the Springfield Thunderbirds this week at 7:00 PM, and then head west for a two-game road trip. The Pack will be in Rochester on Friday night for a 7:05 game, and then will make their lone visit of the year to Toronto on Saturday. Faceoff for that game is 4:00.
Wednesday, November 29 vs. the Springfield Thunderbirds (Florida) at the XL Center, 7:00 PM
- This is another Wolf Pack “Click It or Ticket Family Value Pack” game. The Family Value Pack includes two tickets, two sodas and two hot dogs, all for just $40.
- This game is also a “Winning Wednesday”. If the Wolf Pack win, fans can show their Winning Wednesday ticket at the Agera Energy Ticket Office at the XL Center and receive a free ticket to the next Wolf Pack home game, which is Saturday, December 9 vs. Rochester (some restrictions apply).
- Sunday’s 4-2 win over the Wolf Pack in Springfield was the Thunderbirds’ sixth in their last eight games, after they went 2-11-1-0 in their first 14. The Wolf Pack and Thunderbirds come into the week tied at 17 points.
- Springfield got goals from Francois Beauchemin, Blaine Byron, Thomas Schemitsch and Denis Malgin in Sunday’s victory vs. the Wolf Pack, and Jayce Hawryluk had two assists.
- The I-91 rivalry series between the Wolf Pack and Thunderbirds is now even at two games apiece. The Wolf Pack won the only previous meeting at the XL Center, 4-2, on November 5.

Friday, December 1 at the Rochester Americans (Buffalo) at the Blue Cross Arena at the Rochester War Memorial, 7:00 PM
- This is already the second of the Wolf Pack’s two trips to Rochester on the season. On November 17, the Americans downed the Wolf Pack by a score of 4-2 at the Blue Cross Arena.
- Forward Evan Rodrigues, who missed Rochester’s first 14 games due to injury, has 2-4-6 in the last three contests, after being held scoreless in his first two games back in the lineup.
- The Americans swept both ends of a home-and-home set with Binghamton Friday and Saturday nights, including a 10-3 stomping of the Devils on Friday night in Rochester.

- Toronto comes into the week with the AHL’s best record, a mark of 16-4-0-0 for 32 points and an .800 points percentage, and winners of seven straight games and ten of their last 11.
- This game concludes a two-game season series between the Wolf Pack and the Marlies. The Wolf Pack won the first battle, beating Toronto 5-2 on October 13 at the XL Center.
- Marlie goaltender Garret Sparks (10-2-0, 1.50, 94.7, 2 SHO) is tied for the AHL lead in wins, and ranks second among league netminders in goals-against average and save percentage.

- Sunday, December 3, 2:30 PM, Champions Skating Center, 6 Progress Dr., Cromwell, CT: Sonar brings a load of Wolf Pack goodies to a Hartford Junior Wolf Pack game, for a fundraiser to assist a hockey player afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis.

Also that night, the first 2,000 fans will receive a free Wolf Pack 2018 calendar, presented by Hartford Distributors.
Once again this season, fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs and $2 beers at every Friday Wolf Pack home game, through the start of the second period, presented by Dave & Buster’s. The Wolf Pack’s next Friday-night date is December 15, when they host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at 7:15 PM.
