Wolf Pack to Hold Winter Clothes Drive
Dec 31, 2013Global Spectrum, operators of the XL Center and the Wolf Pack, today announced a winter clothes drive to be held at the Wolf Pack’s home games this Friday, January 3 vs. the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and Saturday, January 4 against the Worcester Sharks.
Fans are invited to bring new or gently-used winter clothing items, such as coats, hats, gloves, mittens and scarves, to the two games, and drop the clothing off at the Wolf Pack Prize Den, which is located on the XL Center concourse behind Section 124. Fans making clothing donations will receive a voucher for a free ticket to a future Wolf Pack home game.
The collected donations will be given to local charitable organizations, for distribution to families in need in the Hartford area.
Faceoff is 7:00 PM for both Friday’s and Saturday night’s home games, and tickets are on sale now at the Public Power Ticket Office at the XL Center, on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com and by phone at (877) 522-8499.
