Pack Announce Numerous Additions/Updates to Promotional Schedule
Dec 15, 2015Spectra, operators of the XL Center and the Hartford Wolf Pack, today announced several special additions and updates to the Wolf Pack’s 2015-16 promotional schedule.
Most prominently, the Wolf Pack’s Saturday, March 12 home game at the XL Center vs. the Lehigh Valley Phantoms will feature a Mackenzie Skapski bobblehead giveaway. The first 2,000 fans into that day’s 3:00 PM matinee will receive a bobblehead of the Wolf Pack’s carrot-topped goaltender, presented by Xfinity. March 12 is also “Military Appreciation Day”. The Wolf Pack players will wear special military-themed jerseys in that game, and the jerseys will be auctioned off to benefit military-related charities.
Also, the Wolf Pack’s game Sunday, January 3 against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins will be “Super Hero Day”, as fans are invited to come dressed as their favorite super hero. Plus, Friday, March 18, when the Wolf Pack host the Portland Pirates, will be “Social Media Night”. The Wolf Pack will be interacting with fans across all their social media platforms, and rewarding followers in fun and distinctive ways throughout the game.
Another added attraction is an appearance by former Hartford Whaler star Geoff Sanderson Saturday, January 30, as part of “Stick it to Cancer Night”.
In addition to the bobblehead promotion, the Wolf Pack has a number of other exciting giveaways on tap for the new calendar year. Those include: a travel mug giveaway (to the first 2,000 fans, sponsored by Henkel) Saturday, January 2; a “Red-out” t-shirt giveaway to the first 5,000 fans Saturday, January 9, presented by the CT-DOT "Drive Sober" campaign; a Wolf Pack team trading-card set giveaway, courtesy of Qdoba Mexican Eats, Friday, January 29 to the first 2,000 fans; and a Ken Gernander OYO sports figurine giveaway to the first 2,000 fans, sponsored by Aetna, Saturday, January 30.

The Wolf Pack’s next action is this Friday, December 18, when they continue a stretch of five straight road games with a visit to Rochester to take on the Americans. The Wolf Pack’s next home game is Tuesday, December 29, when the Wolf Pack host the Portland Pirates in a 7:00 game. That is Scout Night at the XL Center. Scout groups that reserve in advance receive discounted tickets and special Scout Night patches.
Tickets for all 2015-16 Wolf Pack home games are on sale now at the Agera Energy Ticket Office at the XL Center, on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com and by phone at (877) 522-8499. Tickets purchased in advance for kids 12 or younger have been reduced to $10 this season, and all tickets will have a $2 day-of-game increase.
