2007-08 Wolf Pack Team Award Winners Announced

Following the Wolf Pack's 3-2 win over Lowell at the XL Center on Sunday, April 6th, the following winners were announced in the Pack's annual team awards ceremony:

MVP - Andrew Hutchinson
Unsung Hero - Corey Potter
Fan Favorite - Miika Wiikman
Bob Girouard Character Award - Jake Taylor
Mary Lynn Gorman Community Service Award - Mitch Fritz

The first four award-winners were chosen by a combined vote of the Wolf Pack players and the local media covering the team.

The Pack wrap up the regular season with three games this week, starting with a visit Friday night to Springfield (7:30 PM faceoff). The Wolf Pack's final regular-season home game is this Saturday night, April 12th, a GEICO Connecticut Cup skirmish with Bridgeport at 7:00. That is the Pack's annual "Fan Appreciation Night", as the Wolf Pack players give the "Shirts Off Our Backs" to 29 lucky fans.
