Greg Moore Recalled by NY Rangers
Dane Byers Reassigned to Wolf Pack

New York Rangers President and General
Manager Glen Sather announced today that forward Greg Moore has been
recalled from the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL)
and forward Dane Byers has been reassigned to Hartford (AHL).
Moore, 23, has skated in 42 games with Hartford (AHL) this season,
registering 18 goals and 21 assists for 39 points and a plus-23 rating.
Moore leads the Wolf Pack in plus/minus rating (plus-23), is tied for
the team lead in goals (18) and ranks second in points (39). His plus-23
rating and 18 goals are also tied for second and 16th, respectively, in
the AHL. The 6-1, 210-pound forward has skated in six games with the
Rangers this season.
Byers, 21, has appeared in one game with the Rangers this season. He
returns to Hartford (AHL) having skated in 45 AHL games this season,
registering 12 goals and 11 assists for 23 points, along with 130
penalty minutes and a plus-16 rating. At the time of his recall on
February 5, Byers led the Wolf Pack in penalty minutes (130), ranked
third in plus/minus (plus-16), fourth in goals (12), and was tied for
sixth in points (23). His plus-16 rating was also tied for 14th in the
AHL, and he ranked 16th in the league with 130 penalty minutes.
The Wolf Pack finish off a five-game homestand tonight, Wednesday, February 6th, as they host the Manchester Monarchs in a 7:00 game at the XL Center.
