Wolf Pack Weekly: October 8 - 14, 2007

The Wolf Pack opened their 11th season of play in the AHL Saturday night in front of a sellout crowd of 9,769 at the Hartford Civic Center, with a 3-2 loss to Bridgeport. Jordan Owens opened the scoring with his first pro goal at 8:17 of the first period, but the Sound Tigers racked up the next three tallies of the contest. Corey Potter brought the Pack to within a goal at 11:39 of the second frame, but there was no further scoring. The defeat snapped a nine-game winning streak for the Wolf Pack in the GEICO Connecticut Cup series against Bridgeport.
