Wolf Pack Agree to Terms with Jake Taylor
Wednesday, June 13, 2007 - 7:00 PM

Hartford Wolf Pack general manager/head coach Jim Schoenfeld announced today that the Wolf Pack has agreed to terms with defenseman Jake Taylor.
Taylor, a 23-year-old fourth-year pro, missed the Wolf Pack’s first 38 games of last season due to an injury sustained during Wolf Pack training camp. However, the blueliner came back to play in 15 games with the team, where he logged one assist and seven penalty minutes, before he suffered another injury in March 2007 that led to a season-ending surgery in April 2007. The 6-4, 225-pound native of Rochester, Minnesota also skated in four games with the Charlotte Checkers of the ECHL last season, yielding no points and seven penalty minutes while on a reconditioning assignment. During the 2005-06 season, the 2002 Ranger sixth-round pick (177th overall) notched one goal and added 11 assists for 12 points in 66 games and logged 128 minutes in penalties, fourth-most on the Wolf Pack team.
The entire 2007-08 Wolf Pack schedule along with ticketing information will be announced in the near future. The Wolf Pack Ticket Office is currently taking deposits on full season ticket packages. For more information, contact the Wolf Pack Ticket Office at (860) 548-2000.
